30 Day Challenge – December 2013

I absolutely loved the 30 day challenge. It is one of the best fitness choices I made in my life. I can see and feel a lot of changes in my body including my strength, especially when I do my Group Power class! I recommend the 30 challenge especially to people wanting a jump start in fitness or an extra boost.

30 Day Challenge

The 30 day challenge was the second time for me, as I last did it in mid 2008. After the first two days, I had to leave the island for a week and found myself more than ever motivated to put in the time and effort. Normally, I would have been content, after a full day of meetings, lunches, dinners and mostly sitting on my ass, to just get into bed and turn on the TV in my hotel room. However, I found myself eager to work out a bit harder than usual by doing a 30 minute cardio on the treadmill and stationary bike alternatively every morning and then followed up with the exercises in the 30 day challenge, which Marie was kind enough to email to me.

Food diary

I didn’t know how helpful it would be to keep a food diary until Marie explained it. Thanks Marie for sharing your knowledge
